We’re looking for a full stack web developer to come on board and join us in developing some awesome projects. Our developer won’t be afraid to attack challenges and make ideas become reality. We’re looking for an analytical-mind to join our fun, creative, donut-loving team. Because no one doesn’t love donuts.
Our team’s work
Most of our projects are new, they range from small to medium in scale, and we are also currently in the early implementation of a large product that we are stoked to show the world. We work with an array of web technologies. PHP and ASP.NET, MySQL and MSSQL, and HTML5, CSS3, and Angular.js are some of the things we work with daily.
As our web developer, you’ll be working closely with the design team. And as you might imagine, communication is important. Being able to work effectively alongside others is a big part of our success. We see the developer as the keystone in our arch. Other members on our team will take care of the aesthetic design, marketing strategy, usability, and wireframing while you’ll take the reins on development.
We would like you to have the following experience under your belt:
We are a diverse team working on a variety of project types and sizes. This variety keeps things fresh and our team loves the challenge. We’re relatively new yet we have a strong tradition being part of a more than 40 year old Lexington-proud business. In our first few years we have developed a proven track record for excellent work with various clients and industries. We are looking to expand upon this success and continue to grow our capabilities. Our projects are growing in complexity and diversity and we are excited to push further, learn more and deliver stronger results than ever.
If you would like to be a part of our future and think you are a good fit we would like to meet you. Send us a short but convincing email to hello (at) intersectcreative.com and include any links to relevant projects you are particularly proud of.
Intersect Creative is an equal opportunity employer.
We are looking for a designer with a love for solving real business problems through beautiful, functional solutions. The team you will be working alongside, to solve these problems, will be a small multi-disciplined group where everyone sees projects through from beginning to end. That means, as a designer, you will need to be comfortable working across disciplines to produce great work.
We expect every team member to have the ability to listen and engage intelligently with clients and care about client services. You’ll be asked to dive into client projects head first to identify their problems and design creative solutions, and present them effectively.
You will be designing work that reaches across a variety of materials both interactive and traditional print media. This requires a not only a passion for good design but also the ability to create effectively for various media. Typical projects range from direct mail to mobile optimized emails and custom web interfaces. This blend makes us who we are and is not for everyone. We understand that.
The designer we are looking for has:
So enough about you… Here’s a bit about us:
Since our start a couple of years ago, we have been developing as a business line of a company that is celebrating its 40th anniversary as a leading marketing partner in the region. As it hits this milestone and looks towards the future, they are excited to be announcing their brand new name and identity, Bluegrass Integrated Communications. We’d be glad to talk more about the work we are involved in (including the aforementioned rebrand). We understand that you’ll want to know more about us and we can share, just ask.
We are a team with a bright future (and a great client list) looking to bring the right team member onboard to help us take the next step. If you think you’re the right fit and you are ready to persuade us, then write a short but convincing email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Designer” in the subject and links to your work/portfolio/site.
Don’t send us attachments– ain’t nobody got time for that.
